Welcome to Lewis Custom Fabrication. We take pride in building quality fabricated products and working hard to get your order delivered safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom-built or made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the order.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed and another notification when the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Large or Heavy Freight Items: 1–3 weeks depending on carrier availability and destination
- Local Pickup Orders: Customers will be contacted to schedule pickup
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
Custom & Heavy Fabricated Products
Some products sold by Lewis Custom Fabrication are oversized, heavy-duty, or custom fabricated and may require freight shipping. Freight shipments may require:
- A delivery appointment
- Someone present to receive the shipment
- Additional handling time
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accessible for large delivery vehicles when applicable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select products. If local pickup is selected at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Lewis Custom Fabrication is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise arranged directly with us.
