Thank you for shopping with Lewis Custom Fabrication. We take pride in building quality fabricated products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom and fabricated nature of many of our products, returns are only accepted on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Refund, depending on the situation

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom fabricated products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper handling

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless fabrication or production has already begun.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
